O&M manual, as-built drawing and certification reviews

O&M data & handover information
Information is only valuable when the person on site can find and trust it.
What this service does
Operational manuals, drawings and asset information organised around how the building will actually be managed.
CCL reviews O&M information from an operator's perspective. We test whether drawings, manuals, certificates, asset data and warranties are complete, correctly named and retrievable, then turn gaps into a managed handover action list.
What CCL can do
Focused support, built around the building.
The final instruction can cover one defined problem or a complete programme. Scope, deliverables and approval limits are agreed first.
Asset-register development and verification
ISO 19650-style naming and information-structure advice
Document index, metadata, version and ownership controls
Handover gap registers and outstanding-information tracking
Links from asset and PPM records to the supporting evidence
How we work
Clarity first. Control second. Evidence throughout.
CCL stays close enough to the detail to understand the problem, while keeping the client view clear and commercially focused.
Test usability
Sample real operational questions and check whether the right record can be found quickly.
Identify gaps
Compare the building, contract and statutory need against the information supplied.
Set the standard
Define what must be provided, how it is named and who accepts and maintains it.
Relevant experience
Experience from complex London buildings.
Examples below reflect Charlie Wells' previous employed and consultancy roles. New instructions are delivered independently through CCL Property.
Operator-led information review
Experienced in resolving unlabelled drawings, fragmented portal records and incomplete O&M information before they become operational failures.
High-rise building information
Worked across building-safety, plant, façade, fire and defect information requiring reliable retrieval and change control.
Handover register development
Consolidated operational contacts, contractor scope, service evidence, utilities and asset information after management change.
What good looks like
Useful outcomes—not reports that sit on a shelf.
