Building Safety Act

Make the legal framework work in the real building.

03

What this service does

Operational support for higher-risk buildings, safety-case information, resident duties and accountable risk management.

CCL translates Building Safety Act requirements into practical management actions. We help clients organise information, responsibilities, resident engagement and risk evidence, while coordinating the competent fire, structural and legal specialists required for formal assessments.

ImportantCCL provides client-side management and evidence support. Fire engineering, structural assessment and legal advice remain with appropriately competent specialists.

What CCL can do

Focused support, built around the building.

The final instruction can cover one defined problem or a complete programme. Scope, deliverables and approval limits are agreed first.

How we work

Clarity first. Control second. Evidence throughout.

CCL stays close enough to the detail to understand the problem, while keeping the client view clear and commercially focused.

01

Map the duty

Identify the building, dutyholders, evidence requirements and specialist dependencies.

02

Test the evidence

Check whether risks, controls, actions and decisions can be demonstrated.

03

Embed the process

Make building-safety duties part of normal operations, procurement, projects and reporting.

Experience from complex London buildings.
